Xprez to help Metro Railway, Kolkata in managing emergency situations |

India, April 5, 2006: SMS Xprez is all set to help Metro Railway,
Kolkata, India in addressing emergency situations. The flagship business
messaging solution from Ontrack will be used to send critical information at
the time of emergencies to concerned Officials.
Time always plays a critical role in any sort of crisis management.
Conventional mediums failed to address this very need efficiently, delaying the
restoration of services. SMS Xprez will be deployed for sending emergency alert
messages from Central Control of Metro Railway Kolkata, thereby cutting down
both response time and costs. By using the “Address Book” feature
of the product, Officers, Engineers and Managers have been grouped according to
the responsibilities handled. Depending upon the crisis, the operator at the
Central Control will select the concerned group and issue an alert message for
immediate action. Metro Railway, Kolkata, hopes to tackle emergency situations

Metro Railway, Kolkata, is the first underground Metro Railway in India. It
covers a stretch of 16.45 km from Dum-Dum in the North to Tollygunj in the
south. The construction began in 1972 and was completed progressively by 1995.
With each train being able to carry over 2550 passengers under a pollution-free
environment, Metro Railway is often described as the "pride of Kolkata".

Paints revisits Ontrack for SMS Xprez |

March 29, 2006: Jotun Paints, one of world’s leading
manufacturers of paints, coatings and powder coatings, has revisited Ontrack
for installation of SMS Xprez at five more locations. SMS Xprez,
Ontrack’s flagship business messaging solution, was installed at the
customer’s Dubai location earlier in the month of December 2005.
The product was deployed at Jotun’s Dubai location for generating
prospects for its Multicolour Centres. The deployment of the product would help
Jotun in retaining and rewarding existing customers and also in increasing its
market share through product promotion and branding.
The success of SMS Xprez at Jotun’s Dubai location has prompted the
client for procurement of the product for its Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait,
Oman and Qatar centres.

Xprez to form part of information infrastructure at Al Fardan |

January 19, 2006: Ontrack UAE has bagged an order for developing a
customized application for Al Fardan, a leading conglomerate of UAE. SMS Xprez,
Ontrack’s flagship business messaging product, will be the backbone of
the proposed application. The application will enable customers of Al Fardan to
obtain money-exchange rates over sms.
Al Fardan is a name to reckon with in the Arabian Gulf. Its initial corporate
venture was pearl trading. The century-old company has earned a lot of
reputation in the pearl trading parlance. It later on went on the
diversification drive and diversified into the Jewellery business. Al Fardan
Exchange was conceived in 1971 and the new organization became the first money
exchange company to provide money exchange and remittance services in UAE. Al
Fardan group has interests in the Real Estate and Retail business domains also.
The solution will comprise of requisite number of product licenses along with
Short Message Peer to Peer Protocol (SMPP) and Global System for Mobile

releases SMS Xprez Enterprise Ver. 3.5.0 |
Kolkata, India, December 02, 2005: Ontrack has
released Version 3.5.0 of SMS Xprez Enterprise application. The flagship
business communication suite offered by Ontrack includes fifteen new
enhancement features in its current version. It also promises to reduce
integration complexities to minimal level.
“Jobs”- one of the key features included in ver. 3.5.0, will make
application process easier than ever. Jobs are easily customisable with third
party applications. Messages in preset forms can be pulled by the SMS Xprez
Enterprise and sent periodically in unattended mode.
Other key features include automatic version upgrade, increased characters per
message, handling of incoming long message, creation of message templates for
various purposes, ease of view of message detail in a separate window and
user-friendly contact groups management.
